Welcome to LiNQ, where financial expertise meets strategic leadership. I am Erin, the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of LiNQ, an esteemed accounting consultancy firm with a passion for investing in portfolio companies.

With two decades of dedicated experience in financial planning and analysis, public accounting, and navigating turn-around situations, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Over the years, I have diligently maintained a successful book of business, fostering growth and prosperity for both clients and our portfolio companies.

Beyond the boardroom, I am committed to making a positive impact in the community. Actively involved in my church, I have also served on boards, contributed to start-ups, and assumed the role of Treasurer for my sorority. As a Big Sister at Big Brothers Big Sisters, I am dedicated to mentoring and fostering positive relationships.

Erin Wagner - Co-Founder & Managing Partner

With over 35 years of experience in accounting and finance, Mike is a CPA licensed since 1988 and holds a Master's degree with a concentration in international tax and trade from Florida Atlantic University. His distinguished public accounting career at Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse focused on International, M&A, and start-ups.

Transitioning from public accounting in 1995, Mike dedicated the next 23 years to serving as a CFO/EVP for various small/start-up companies across diverse industries with global reach. A seasoned expert in capital structure, credit facilities, acquisitions, divestitures, and succession planning, he brings a wealth of advisory and negotiation skills to the table.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mike has contributed to several non-profit organizations, serving on boards dedicated to feeding the homeless, providing employment training and education alternatives, assisting AIDS orphans in Africa, and supporting hunger relief in various third-world countries.

Ben Wagner - Co-Founder and Portfolio Manager

As a venture capitalist/angel investor, consultant/advisor, and REALTOR, Ben Wagner focuses on optimizing the operations of Portfolio Companies. With a versatile skill set, he scouts, advises, consults, and invests in a diverse range of ventures, specializing in finance, financial modeling & valuation, startup funding, and interim/fractional CEO/COO roles.

Throughout his career, Ben has thrived in dynamic environments, demonstrating agility as a leader. He excels in breaking down silos and driving cultural evolution through value-building projects that enhance enterprise value and elevate the investment worthiness of companies. Ben possesses a keen ability to rapidly assess business transition options, identify risks, and determine the most valuable course of action.

His extensive experience includes collaborating closely with CEOs and Presidents of prominent corporations such as Zep, Lincoln Financial, AAA, and Lockheed Martin. In these roles, Ben has contributed to Strategic Planning, FP&A, Audit Committees, and Boards.

With significant Asset Management experience, Ben successfully manages businesses exceeding $50 million and consulted for Private Equity companies with portfolios surpassing $1 billion. His expertise extends to finding efficiencies post-merger or acquisition of companies.

In boardrooms, Ben brings substantial exposure, having sat on multiple boards for both non-profit organizations and private market companies. His roles, ranging from COO, CFO to Public Accountant and Consulting, have provided him with diverse perspectives and a deep understanding of decision-making processes.

Valued as a decision-support partner by executives and boards of directors, Ben Wagner contributes ad hoc analysis, data sourcing, research, and financial modeling to facilitate impactful business transformations.

Brian Ostrow - Managing Director

Brian brings over a decade of Private Equity and investment banking expertise, specializing in finance, financial analysis, capital raises, alternative investments, and business valuations.
